We finally made it to Grandma and Grandpa Asper's house and it was off to one of 2 Easter egg Hunts. This was Tanner's first time participating in Egg hunts, he was not so sure at first, but once he figured out there was candy inside, he would just pick them up open and eat. So he did not get very many of them. Then we had all the cousins egg hunt. Each child was to bring 12 eggs, and there was 15 grand kids. It was really cold, but that did stop anyone, except the parents, we were all inside. Tanner this time was really good at picking up eggs. Later we decorated boiled eggs while the boys went to Priesthood Meeting. It was a good day!

Oh, I love traditions like that! I am very jealous about big family holiday parties; we miss out on way too many of them! I'm glad you were able to get there safely to enjoy it.

i love tanner's face holding that purple egg. hilarious. there have to be some strange thoughts going through the little one's mind when we hand them a basket and send them out to find candy-filled eggs. such fun.
