This is the day we all were waiting for and ofcourse it started out at 9 am and it is sooooo hot! When we got to Lagoon we were all excited to be there, but the rides did not open until 11:00 so we got to hang out in Lagoon and just look. That is when we discovered IT! A large refillable container that can be filled throughout the day as many times as you want. Now you must know that our car was packed so tight the only stroller to fit was an umbrella stroller with no basket to carry anything. So on with the story. Tom went to buy this container, with me thinking that it was just a 44 ounce----OH NOOOOO he brought back this 144 ounce container because the 44 and the 144 ounce were the same price and he thought we would not have to fill it up as much, anyway when we put on the handle bars of the stroller it tipped over. This container as good as it tasted was the thorn in my side the entire day, because of course it was NEVER empty we HAD to get our money worth! (just a side note, we all had our own straw, so not a good thought with many small children, so as you could figure some had more than others FYI it was not Tom and I) On a lighter note, we did get to do something I have wanted to do everytime we went to Lagoon, a old fashion picture. It was fun and we are excited to hang them all in our home. The kids loved to dress up and play with old guns, and try on funny hats. Some of the exciting rides were, the Bat, Wicked, Tidal Wave, the wooden Roller Coaster, Mouse Trap, Tanners favorite and only ride The Merry go round, Log Ride and of course the yo-yo. We Loved Lagoon we stayed until closing so it was a long day.
